CloudCurve cervical pillows are designed for personal sleep comfort and general ergonomic support. They must be used only as intended and in accordance with the supplied care and safety instructions.

CloudCurve products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Product Use

Use your CloudCurve pillow on a stable mattress or sleeping surface.

To use the pillow safely:

• Select the contour height that feels appropriate for your sleeping position.

• Position your head, neck and shoulders comfortably without forcing your body into an unnatural position.

• Allow compressed memory foam sufficient time to expand after unpacking.

• Air the pillow in a well-ventilated room before use.

• Follow all cleaning and care instructions.

• Use the pillow only with a clean, correctly fitted cover.

• Inspect the pillow periodically for significant damage or deterioration.

Individual comfort and adjustment periods vary. Some customers may require time to become familiar with a contoured pillow.

Do not continue using the product if it causes persistent pain, numbness, tingling, breathing difficulty or concerning discomfort.

If you have an existing neck, shoulder, spinal, respiratory or sleep-related condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

CloudCurve products provide general comfort and ergonomic support only.

No statement, illustration, testimonial or product description on our website should be interpreted as medical advice or a guarantee that the product will:

• Eliminate neck, shoulder or back pain

Expansion and Unpacking

CloudCurve pillows may be compressed for shipping.

After opening:

• Carefully remove the packaging without cutting into the pillow.

• Place the pillow on a clean, flat surface.

• Allow sufficient time for the foam to recover its intended shape.

• Air it in a well-ventilated space before sleeping on it.

• Keep plastic packaging away from children and pets.

A temporary foam odour may occur after unpacking. Ventilate the product and discontinue use if an odour causes irritation or persists unexpectedly.

Do not use the pillow if it appears materially damaged, contaminated or unsafe.

Cleaning and Care

Follow the specific care label supplied with your product.

Unless the product instructions expressly state otherwise:

• Remove and wash only the removable outer cover.

• Do not machine-wash the memory-foam core.

• Do not place the foam core in a tumble dryer.

• Do not soak, bleach, iron or dry-clean the foam.

• Keep the foam away from excess moisture.

• Allow all components to dry completely before reassembly.

• Do not use harsh chemicals or cleaning products on the foam.

Incorrect washing or exposure to excessive heat may permanently damage memory foam.

Heat and Fire Safety

Memory foam and fabric components must be kept away from:

• Cigarettes and vaping devices

• Candles

• Portable heaters

• Electric blankets used contrary to their instructions

• Hot surfaces

• Other ignition or high-temperature sources

Do not deliberately heat, burn or expose the pillow to flame.

Infant and Child Safety

CloudCurve cervical pillows are not designed or approved for infant sleep.

Do not place the pillow in a cot, bassinet or other infant sleeping environment. Keep all plastic packaging away from babies and children because it may present a suffocation risk.

Children should use the product only where it is appropriate for their age and under responsible adult supervision.

Hygiene Notice

CloudCurve pillows are personal-use sleep products.

For hygiene and safety:

• Do not share an unwashed pillow or cover between users.

• Do not use the product if it has been contaminated.

• Wash the removable cover according to its care label.

• Keep the pillow clean, dry and protected from moisture.

• Do not use the product if it develops mould or another potential hygiene hazard.

• Do not use a product that arrived with opened, damaged or tampered packaging without first contacting CloudCurve.

If your product arrives damaged, contaminated or incorrectly supplied, photograph the product and packaging and contact us before using it.

CloudCurve Is Not Responsible for Issues Caused Solely By:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudCurve is not responsible for injury, discomfort or product damage caused solely by:

• Improper use or deliberate misuse

• Ignoring product instructions or safety guidance

• Continuing use after persistent pain or concerning symptoms develop

• Unauthorised alteration of the pillow

• Cutting, tearing or puncturing the foam

• Washing or drying the foam incorrectly

• Exposure to flame, excessive heat or moisture

• Using the product on an unstable or unsuitable surface

• Using damaged or contaminated components

• Failure to obtain appropriate professional advice for an existing medical condition

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage occurring after delivery because of improper storage or handling

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

This disclaimer does not remove your rights if a CloudCurve product is faulty, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a mandatory consumer guarantee.
